AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Witam
Mam plugin amxbans, nie wiem czy to przerobienie Mi$'a ale mam error log i chyba przez niego crashuje mi się server.

Jeszcze dodam, że mam napisane w plugins.ini amxbans.amxx debug
