Odświeżam!

Z jakiego hostingu ten serwer? Tam widzę problem z połączeniem do bazy danych pluginu gunxpmod, a wyłączałeś go i działało? Może spróbój reinstall serwera.

Mi się wydaje, że źle skonfigurowane sql.cfg!

Myślę , że masz coś źle skonfigurowany mysql , może twój hosting nie działa właściwie z połączeniem mysql , linijka to wskazuje :
