This Plugin allows you to Listen to Shouted.FM mth.Break (my Favourite Music Stream)

Commands
!radio - Turn mth.Break On/Off

Planned Features:
Custom Stream URL (*.pls, *.m3u) through MySQL Database and Server IP's:
-One CVAR to change (Stream URL)
-Through PHP generates web player with the Stream URL
-Easy Change of URL and no HTML knowledge needed

Add a Stream URL CVAR with functionality said above
