Problem z adminem

Witam! Dostałem testowego serwa na postrzelaj dostepny do jutra. Moge na nim wszystko zrobic nie ma ograniczen 
I mam problem bo temat o dodawaniu admina jest zamknięty więc jestem zmuszony założyc nowy. Mam problem, bo musze dodac siebie jako admina głównego serwa. I chce to zrobic na to id steam. Zrobiłem wszystko tak jak pisało tam w temacie i dalej nie dziala.
Tutaj macie moje users.ini

Oprócz tego nie zmieniał w zadnym innym folderze nic.
proszę o pomoc bo mecze sie z tym od 18 juz i nie wytrzymuje.

Dalej nie działa. Po wpisaniu komendy setinfo _pw mojehaslo nic sie nie dzieje tylko wyskakuje jakis napis <key> <value> Co mam robic ?
