Wyłącz te pluginy i sprawdź czy ruszy serwer bez nich. 
Wiesz które to tak?

otwierasz notatnikiem plik plugins-codmod.ini i wszystkie pliki które mają na końcu dopisane "debug" (to te co teraz robiłem) wyłącz przez dodanie przed nie ; (średnika)

OPRÓCZ QTM_CODMOD.AMXX jego nie wyłączaj.
Zapisz i wgraj na serwer, 
Wyłącz - Włącz i daj log.

głupia sprawa. 
Wszystko sypie, czyli wina silnika a nie klas. 
Aż mi głupio, że zacząłem od wyłączania pluginów, ale od czegoś zawsze trzeba zacząć

Fala krytyki się na mnie rzuci teraz. 
Do rzeczy, moduły waść masz wgrane?

Folder MODULES, ile masz plików wewnątrz? 
Powinno być 12.

Poszła paczka z pozostałymi brakującymi bibliotekami, daj teraz logi

autora upominam, żeby zapoznał się z poprawnym wstawianiem kodu.

Niewiele wywnioskować tutaj mozna.  Reinstalacja mi pomagała w przypadku błędu z Tym:

Warto spróbować.  Ponadto wgraj te moduly co Ci wysłałem.

Najlepiej daj plugins.ini tutaj to Ci powiem Co wyłączyć.
