Przy okazji zapytam. Czy dobrze edytowałem? Teraz osoba tylko z flagą O będzie mogła resetować staty, dawać fragi i odznaki ?

Kod w postach(np. źródło pluginu) umieszczaj w odpowiednich tagach(code/php/spoiler itp) a powyżej 200 linijek tylko w załączniku.

Wystarczyło zmienić wartości w tych dwóch linijkach
#define ADMIN_LEVEL ADMIN_IMMUNITY
#define ADMIN_RESET ADMIN_IMMUNITY
z ADMIN_IMMUNITY na ADMIN_LEVEL_C.

Definicji ADMIN_RESET_C standardowo nie ma, więc o ile takiej nie stworzyłeś, to będzie w tym miejscu błąd.
Jeśli zamiast zmienić jedynie wartości w ww. 2 linijkach, zdecydowałeś się na sztywno podmienić wartości przy funkcjach,
to te dwie linijki możesz usunąć, bo są niepotrzebne.

Do kompilacji tego pluginu potrzebne są pliki INL, jeśli nic w nich nie zmieniałeś, wystarczy, że podasz do nich link, a ktoś ci plugin skompiluje.
Jeśli pliki te modyfikowałeś, to dodaj je w załączniku.

Ja edytowałem tylko plik sma, to muszę go komplikowac?

I tak będzie dobrze. Podaj jeszcze plik .INL albo link do standardowych plików, bo to większość kodu znajduje się w plikach .INL dołączanych do SMA w momencie kompilacji, a te (pliki INL) w każdej wersji są inne.
