Because it works.
Taunt in front of an enemy who's ready to high five, and you high five them.
(Normal taunt, not your action slot taunt).

To-do:
Check overrides to disallow it on people.

Not sure how well it works with VSH and stuff.

Also, not sure how it works with DarthNinja's Thirdperson plugin. Last I checked he covered everything glitchy about it, so nothing should go wrong.
