W pliku index.php będziesz musiał zmienić , 

Zmień to:

 

header("Location:$config->start_page");

 

Na to:

header("Location: {$config->start_page}")

Odnośnie błędu:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /bany/include/config.inc.php on line 7

W pliku include/config.inc.php należy przed linią 7:

$config->v_web="1.6";

Dodać:

$config = new stdClass();
