NoMorePlugins studio presents:

Features:

* Warning player at first TK (since joining);
* Each TK will be forgiven after couple of minutes;
* SourceBans and MySQLBans support.

Punishments:

* 1st TK - warn;
* 2nd TK - disarm;
* 3rd and more - slay;
* (nmp_tkp_min_kills) TK - ban/kick.
