We all know the game Rock Paper Scissors... for those who doesn't:
You choose your gesture - Rock, Paper or Scissors
the computer randomly recieve a gesture and there 3 outcomes:
Draw: You both recieved the same gesture so the game has tied up.
You: You recieved the gesture that won the computer's gesture.
Opponent: The computer recieved the winning gesture.

Gestures:

Rock smashes Scissors.
Scissors cut Paper.
Paper wrapes Rock.

Code: rps_enabledIf set to 0 the plugin is disabled.

Code: say /rps
say /playBoth commands open the main menu.

I know this code i kind of crappy I just made it just to publish it and then I'll fix it and upload it :)
