AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Hi folks, i have searched now over a hour to find a plugin, that i have already had! But now i can´t find it!You can kick players in 2 ways! The menu, and the konsole and only in the konsole you can type a kickreason, so why not in the menu? The best way is NOT a submenu with defined reason. The best way is you can type a custom reason. For example amxbans! There you have defined reasons and atleast you can add a custom reason and that is what i want! If an Admin wants to kick a player over the menu, he must add first a custom reason!
