What does this plugin do?

This is a sort of shop where you can buy items with your cash.
This plugin based for a server with HideNseeK / Blockmaker.

Cvars:

deagle_cost "7500"
Awp_Cost "16000"
Scout_cost "2500"
He_cost "9000"
Flash_cost "5000"
Frost_cost "6500"
Speed_cost "7000"
Respawn_cost "16000"

Menu looks like:

1. Deagle (1 bullet) 7500$
2. Awp (1 bullet) 16000$
3. Scout (0 bullets) 2500$
4. He Grenade 9000$
5. Flash Grenade 5000$
6.Frost Grenade 6500$
7. Speed (10 seconds) 7000$
8. Respawn (1 per map) 16000$
