Vip Plugin 2.0a przerobienie

Proszę o przerobienie tego pluginu "http://amxx.pl/viewtopic.php?t=3137&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0" tak aby nie dawało broni VIP-om
Ale aby działały komendy /vip i /whantvip
