blockmaker_v4.01 nie działaa ...

Witam

Pobrałem blockmaker'a z tej str : http://forums.allied...ead.php?t=62967
Wszystko zrobiłem wydaje mi sie ze dobrze dodałem linijki pluginu do plugins.ini i gdy wchodzę na serwer i pisze w say /bm nie wyświetla mi sie menu ... nie wiem o co chodzi
Może coś jeszcze trzeba dodać ? ma ktoś jakiś pomysł ?
