AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

What changes?<br />Well i made this plugin because i needed it and i think some people might prefer like this one.<br />It only reserves the slot(s) if the amount of admins connected is lower then the amount of reserved slots.<br />So if you have one slot reserved and one admin is connected, others players are able to join till the server get full. If you have one slot reserved and there is no admins connected, that last slot is reserved for some admin and others players cant join.<br />Admin Flag- b<br />Cvar: ssr_amount &quot;#amount of reserved slots&quot;<br /></font> <br /><b><font color="#006699"><font size="4">Requirements </font></font></b><br /><ul><li>The multi-language file of amxx default slots reservation (You probably already have it since it comes with amxx installation pack.
