Problem z admin say itp.

Witam, więc mam taki problem nie wiedziałem gdzie dać ten temat to dałem tu, ponieważ gdy piszę @ tekst
To pojawia sie tekst ale nie pisze kto go napisał tak jak na innych servach. Gdy banuję nie pojawia sie komunikat, ze ktos zostal zbanowany itp. To moj plugins.ini
Nie działa także nextmap tzn. jak jest de_dust2 to nextmap to de_dust2 i tak w kółko
