[L4D2] Points System (v1.7.5, 2016-01-31)

<div><ul><li>Description<br />This is a fork from <a href="https://forums.allie...d.php?t=134113"target="_blank">McFlurry's Points System</a>. It re-introduces the ps_bess.sp module and corrects several issues in both the plugin and the module. If you are unaware of the plugin's functionality, it simply allows members of either team (Survivors or Infected) to make purchases relevant to them. Purchases are made through points which are gained by aiding one's team.</li>
