[TF2] Kills Announce (v1.0, 23/12/2015)

<div><font size="3">This plugin is used with TF2Jail plugin which tells you who killed who and if they are a rebel/non-rebel or a guard/warden which is useful when you are trying to find who freekilled on your server! Make sure you have the TF2Jail plugin installed for this to work. This plugin will not work with any other plugin unless TF2Jail is added. This is my first plugin, I was collaborating with Astrak who helped me create this plugin.
