AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><div align="center"><font face="Century Gothic"><font size="7">Suicide Announce &amp; FX</font></font></div><br /><i><b>Description: </b></i><br /><br />I wrote this plugin in the afternoon, got inspired by <a href="https://forums.allie...d.php?t=258419"target="_blank">this plugin here</a>. What it does is allows players to suicide via commands and announces suicide events. And for the admins or donators there are overrides that you can add to allow special effects upon death. <br /><br />For now the effects are- <ul><li>Ragdoll Exaggeration (Configurable, read CVARs.)</li>
