It's probably already there.</font><br /><br /><b>Description:</b><ul><li>Forces players to stop congaing after 5 seconds.<br /><br />Currently there's a few ways to bypass it that I intend to fix.<br /><br /><img src="http://i.imgur.com/jEG7s7P.jpg"border="0" alt="" /></li>
</ul><br /><b>Installation:</b><ul><li>Make sure you have Sourcemod.</li>
<li><b>Get Plugin</b> below.</li>
<li>congadata.smx goes in tf/addons/sourcemod/plugins/</li>
<li>congadata.sp is only needed for programmers.</li>
<li>You can use <i>/rcon sm plugins load congadata</i> to enable the plugin mid-game. <i>unload</i> to remove it. <i>reload</i> to update it if you change or reupload congadata.smx</li>
